A Virtual TWELFTH NIGHT at IU

For my final semester at Indiana University, I will be playing Viola AND Sebastian in a virtual production of Twelfth Night, directed by Henry Woronicz. From the IU Theater website:

Twins Viola and Sebastian have been shipwrecked off the coast of an unfamiliar land. Viola, disguised as Cesario, falls in love with Orsino, who dotes on Olivia, who falls for Cesario, but is idolized by Malvolio. In Shakespeare’s beloved tale of mistaken identity and unrequited love, characters traverse the contradictory landscapes of romance, where anything proves possible.

This is the production image from IU's website. I'm not entirely sure what all the umbrellas are supposed to symbolize... guess you'll have to watch it to find out!

Over the next month, we will be rehearsing this delightful play via Zoom. And as I figure out how to play both a man and his twin who is a woman playing a man... I'll be documenting my ridiculous thoughts here in this blog!
